Door Switch Fail
Hello Guys! This week we troubleshoot proximity sensors, since planning scheduled A&Ps for CPCP inspection in cargo bay in Dornier 328 a flight and they have pressurization problem, then after that a door failed in cargo door during take-off. So i checked the PSEU (proximity sensor electronic unit) for possible error. This unit have a memory for faults that occured per leg. Attaching pictures once i edited the pics.. Then i found 10mc sensor have faults and check CMM and AMM for possible correction. Found that the switch is to near to the target, added some washers and functional check! We found that the target and proximity when encounter a vibration it trigers the proximity to fail since its to near. Attaching video.. Please subscribe so i can update this as i can thank you!
